“Customer service and customer relationships aren’t just important they are EVERYTHING in the real estate business”. That’s Elizabeth’s attitude with every transaction. She loves working with clients and seeing the smiles on their faces when they find that perfect home together.
A South Texas native, born and raised in Corpus Christi, Elizabeth fell in love with Fort Worth while attending Texas Christian University.
After graduating, she leapt into real estate and never looked back.
Being a Realtor is a unique and fulfilling career. Every client and every transaction is different; Elizabeth respects and understands this fact. It is important to adjust to each client’s unique needs and wants to ensure expectations are met and each client has an enjoyable and more importantly successful experience.
Active listening and communication skills are imperative from start to finish and even beyond. Helping an individual or family find a home is an extremely personable experience and Elizabeth is honored to be a part of that journey. From first time homebuyers to clients upgrading or down-sizing; it’s a special relationship and she values being a part of that moment in their lives. Whether buying or selling a home, Elizabeth believes it is critical to be honest and up front with homeowners. It is imperative to have a keen knowledge of market trends and performance.
Elizabeth prides herself on the enthusiasm and attention to detail she brings to each transaction, the ability to think outside the box, fierce negotiation skills (Certified Negotiation Specialist (CNS)), and her desire to go above and beyond the expectations of her clients.
One of Elizabeth’s favorite aspects of her job is making a special bond with each client. She especially enjoys helping out of town clients acclimate to the area in hopes one day they fall in love with Fort Worth just as she did. From doctors, baby sitters, moving companies, house-keepers, to hair stylists she freely gives advice and enthusiastically offers contact information from some of her favorite service providers in the area.
Elizabeth enjoys meeting people and making various connections through the social and professional organizations she is involved in, which include: Tri-Delta alumni, Barnaby, Historic Fort Worth, Kimbell’s Cosmopolitan, An Artists Christmas (Camp Fire USA), TCU Young Alumni, Greater Fort Worth Association of Realtors, and Texas Association of Realtors.
